Derek Gascoigne, Director of Freezer Management Services has over 40 years experience working in the refrigeration sector.

He started the family-run business in 2008 with his wife Sue, in response to the growing demand for refrigeration specialists from sectors such as food manufacturers; food suppliers; distribution centres; dairies and caterers.

His sons Michael and Andrew are specialist Engineers who are proud to have delivered major projects for Nissan and Lanchester Dairies,, are supported by Michael's wife Sara who works with customers on
co-ordinating emergency responses and ensuring service and maintenance plans are in place for customers to minimise the risk of interruption to their client's business.
